About ReportReady

ReportReady is a report and e-sign tool for solo and small home inspection businesses. It turns property details, findings, severity ratings, photos, and notes into a structured report that a client can sign on-site or through a link.

The goal is simple: replace scattered phone photos, copied notes, PDF exports, signing apps, and hard-to-find email threads with one mobile-friendly workflow. Completed reports stay timestamped and searchable by property or client.

The product is deliberately self-serve. Instead of custom template projects and required calls, inspectors start with one strong default report format built around the work they already do.
